Do you accept insurance?

We do accept insurance plans that offer out of network benefits. More and more policies are covering acupuncture because mainstream medicine is beginning to see how well it works. If you are not sure what your plan covers, we are happy to call your insurance and check for you before your first visit. 

 

Are there any side effects from acupucnture?

The ‘side effects’ are largely positive: improved sleep, less stressed/more relaxed mood.  As with any medical procedure there are small risks; bruising has happened, but in my experience, it is extremely rare.

Can acupucnture treat the super rare, resistant to treatment, or otherwise undiagnosed conditions?

If you understand that acupuncture improves/boosts/awakens the body’s ability to repair itself, then you will understand that no condition is untreatable.
